Class VIII — Early Discovery
The first exposure to structured career thinking. Delivered as part of Career Guru's official Government of Sikkim programme, which funds career guidance and counselling "for all students from Classes 8 & 9." Sessions are light-touch and exploratory — building curiosity and self-awareness well before any stream decision is due.
Class IX — Career Awareness
Students take their first full psychometric assessment and begin structured self-discovery — pairing individual counselling with peer group sessions to build a genuine, informed sense of direction.
Class X — Stream Selection
The single highest-stakes decision point in school. A repeat psychometric assessment, one-on-one counselling, and dedicated parent counselling all feed into the Stream Selection Framework — Science, Commerce, or Humanities, chosen on evidence rather than pressure.
Class XI — Career Planning
With a stream chosen, focus shifts to building momentum — competitive exam guidance, early college awareness, and targeted skill development so students enter Class XII with a plan, not a scramble.
Class XII — Corporate & College Readiness
The final stretch: finalising career decisions, navigating college admissions and entrance exams, and building the early professional readiness that carries into higher education and beyond.
